We were greatly saddened to hear of Mike's death. I've known him since we were children and have come to know him and Mary better in recent years, during our visits to the UK and theirs to New Zealand. We have always enjoyed our opportunities to meet and will greatly miss Mike's presence, his consideration for others, and his enthusiasm for all he was involved in.
