Simon knew more than anybody that life should be enjoyed, not endured. It's an absolute tragedy that he has gone, but we all need to remember, as he did, that nothing comes before the love of your family and the value of true friends. So long, cousin

Robert Skelton Clarke

Such a lovely person who was loved by so many. He will be sadly missed. Our hearts go out to Carol and his wonderful family who are so devastated by his loss.

Ed & Anne Kirby

The life and soul of a room, a professional man who lived a life of service to his family, the public, and the community. A doting husband to Carol and he adored his children and was immensly proud of them all. He spoke so highly of all of them and beamed with pride when updating us whenever we saw him. Carol, you have a wonderful family around you that you built and grew together and a wonderful legacy. We are thinking of you all xxx
