From the moment we contacted them by phone, until Sam and the coffin bearers left us at the crematorium they were pitch perfect. The options were explained to us by Nicky who was professional, compassionate and warm. On the actual day at the Church and Crematorium the arrangements they had made worked faultlessly. "When you need a friend......." I can't thank them enough.

It is with a lot of sadness that we learned of the passing of Stefan. He had been really nice to us and all our family at the wedding. It is so sad for you both to lose your father so young and for Henry and Wolf to lose their grand father. Our thoughts and prayer are with you all in these terribly difficult time.
